AI-native real estate operations platform
Leasing teams don't manage one prospect at a time. They manage an entire journey, from a prospect's first question to becoming a resident, often across calls, texts, emails, and listing sites.
I joined Accolade as one of the founding Product Designers to help shape that journey from the ground up. Together, we designed how AI and leasing teams shared the work, helping every prospect move from first conversation to resident without losing context along the way.

Helping luxury brands build immersive shopping experiences
The goal was to give luxury brands the freedom to create immersive shopping experiences without making the product difficult to learn or maintain.
As the founding Product Designer, I helped shape the platform from its earliest stages, designing the end-to-end experience while also contributing to the company's website, visual identity, and design system.
