Wealth Management Platform Digital Presence (NDA)

Designing the digital presence for a confidential wealth management platform.

I was part of the design team selected to work with a high profile client building software for family offices and wealth management firms.

The engagement went far beyond redesigning a website. We partnered directly with the founders to clarify how the product should be presented, simplify complex information, and create a visual language that reflected the trust expected in the financial industry.

As the lead designer on the project, I owned the website design, visual system, marketing assets, and collaborated closely with developers until launch.

Details are limited due to NDA.

My Role

Lead UI/UX & Brand Designer

• Led visual direction across the engagement

• Designed the complete marketing website

• Built reusable UI patterns and design system

• Created presentation decks and marketing assets

• Worked directly with founders and developers throughout delivery

Learning a new industry

This was my first project in the family office space, so I spent time understanding how the industry worked before making design decisions. I studied competing products, joined client discussions, and worked closely with the founders to understand how they wanted to position the product.

Leading the design

I led the design of the website from the first concepts to the final handoff. That included planning the page structure, exploring different directions, presenting work directly to the client, gathering feedback, and refining the designs over multiple review cycles.

The website was only one part of the project. I also designed pitch decks, LinkedIn assets, and other marketing material so everything felt consistent.

Testing the product

The work didn't stop after the designs were handed over.

I stayed involved during development, testing the website across different devices, comparing it against the designs, and sharing feedback with developers until everything worked and looked as intended.

Outcome

The project launched on time for the client's investor presentations.

More importantly, it taught me how to lead conversations with clients, design in a domain I knew nothing about at the start, and take ownership beyond Figma until the work was live.
